At Weyfar.com, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and help you understand your options. Please read this policy carefully before making or canceling a booking.

1. General Cancellation Terms

  • All cancellation requests must be made through our customer support team at (888) 808-2182 or via email at support@weyfar.com.
  • Cancellation policies vary by airline, fare type, and travel class.
  • Some tickets may be non-refundable or carry heavy cancellation penalties as determined by the airline.
  • Weyfar.com charges a standard service fee in addition to any airline-imposed penalties.

2. Airline Rules Apply

We work as an intermediary between you and the airline. The final decision on refunds, cancellation charges, and travel credits lies with the airline as per their fare rules.

3. Weyfar.com Cancellation Fees

  • Domestic Flights: Starts from $50 per passenger
  • International Flights: Starts from $100 per passenger
  • Basic Economy or Non-Refundable Fares: No refund available in most cases

Note: These fees are in addition to any airline-imposed charges.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–21 business days depending on the airline and payment method.
  • Some tickets may be eligible only for future travel credit instead of cash refunds.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

5. Cancellation Timing

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 4 hours before scheduled departure to avoid no-show penalties.
  • Same-day cancellations are subject to higher charges or may not be allowed.

6. 24-Hour Free Cancellation (If Applicable)

For bookings made at least 7 days before departure, a free 24-hour cancellation window may apply depending on the airline policy. Not all airlines support this.

7. No-Show Policy

If a passenger fails to cancel the booking and does not show up at the airport, it will be considered a no-show. No refund or credit will be applicable in most such cases.

8. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events. Weyfar.com is not liable for losses resulting from travel disruptions.
